Re-Branding and Creative Strategy

THE PROJECT: In 2002, Andy’s previous branding firm, was asked to re-build what was an uninspired looking and unguided brand at the BC Epilepsy Society. The Society was lacking a clear vision and purpose due to significant turnover in it’s Board members and a fresh perspective and strategy was required. Our services were provided Pro-Bono.

ANDY’S ROLES: By collaborating with the Board members and key stakeholders the BCES defined it’s brand, established three core drivers, Support, Education and Empowerment and applied these throughout their internal business objectives and their external marketing communications. For the next three years all print and online communication materials were recreated. Today the Society is a thriving not-for-profit organization providing valuable support for families and individuals throughout BC. Membership grew 400% over the following four years and donations by more than 300%.
